Atherfield Beach (Atherfield Point)

Atherfield Beach - Isle of Wight

This attractive stretch of sandy beach is somewhat off the beaten track meaning you are almost guaranteed a little peace and quiet. Access is via unmaintained cliff paths which tins out the visitors even more. This makes it an ideal spot for a bit of nude sunbathing and Atherfield Point is an unofficial nudist beach.

Swimming is reportedly safe here, but with no lifeguards and bearing in mind this is the more exposed south west coast we aren\'t going to recommend it.
