Cogden Beach
This little-known sand and shingle beach is now owned by the National Trust and comes complete with a members car park.
The beach at Cogden is an unusual mix in that it feels remote, is often described as a “secret beach” yet is surprisingly easy to get to. The X53 bus even stops here!
What you won’t find at Cogden are facilities, but this seems a fair trade for a a bit of peace in this beautiful rural setting.

Unspoilt beach
Very nice, peaceful National Trust beach. Short walk from small car park. Steep sloping beach so would not recommend swimming there
