This unspoilt, sandy beach lies in a natural cove on the remote north side of the Lleyn Peninsula. The small, rural beach is flanked by rocky cliffs and backed by grassy hills.
The Llyn Coastal Path passes immediately behind the beach providing an opportunity for stunning coastal walks in either direction. There is a campsite not far from the beach, and the beach is used for by visitors who come here to play in the sand and waves, sunbathe, or simply to sit and admire the lovely views from this tranquil spot.
There are no facilities at the beach, but shops, places to eat and more can be found in Pwllheli, on the other side of the peninsula.
