Row Cove (Stoke Beach)

Row Cove is a small beach, about 5 miles south east of Plymouth. The beach is sandy and largely covered with rocks. There are many rock pools where little explorers will enjoy looking for sea life and the beach is also popular with bird watchers.
The cove sits in Bigbury Bay, along with a handful of other small coves. It is reached via Revelstoke Caravan Park and there is limited parking at the entrance to the caravan park and toilets. From here a narrow path and some steps that take visitors down to the beach.
The beach is situated very close to the South West Coast Path. A couple of hundred meters to the south of the beach, through the caravan park, visitors might like to take a look inside the church of Peter the Poor Fisherman, which dates back to the 13th century.
