Rush North Beach
As the name suggests this beach lies to the north of the fishing village of Rush. Somewhat smaller but just as sandy as the Blue Flag-awarded South Beach, Rush North Beach still stretches for around a kilometre.
While South Beach feels wild and remote North Beach still feels firmly connected to the village and is easily accessible from there. The backdrop may not be as pristine but it is by no means over-developed. There are just a handful of chalets dotted along the dunes and a small caravan park towards the village.
There are toilets towards the harbour, but these are only open on a seasonal basis.
