Sennen Cove (Whitesands Bay)

Sennen Cove is the nearest village to Land’s End. Home to the long sweeping sands of Whitesand Bay which extends for a mile, becoming wilder and more dangerous at the northern end.

Sennen beach is very popular with surfers as it picks up any Atlantic swells going. It is also a great family beach with seasonal lifeguards and plenty of amenities close to hand. Facilities include a pub, cafes, a surf shop, two surf schools and a large car park.

The great thing about sennen is it is big enough to never feel overcrowded. If it’s busy just keep walking…
