Burntisland Beach Reviews

Small and crowded in the summer

Jo Hobbett

When the tide is in the beach is very small, added to which the fairground noise and motor boats not very peaceful,  Crowded in the summer, the best time to visit is spring and autumn when there is no fairground crowds,

There is also a lot of litter on the promenade and the beach itself is prone to a bit of dog mess due to the fact that dog owners who are local use it to exercise their dogs in morning and evening and dont always clean up after their pets,  Of course when the tide comes in and then goes out again the sea cleans the beach for them !

Recommend Aberdour beach as cleaner, more spacious and less crowded.
