Watwick bay centre access via steps down from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path

I don't know who is responsible for placing footpaths on this map but I have been unable to locate any trace of the lower one indicated by the dashed green line. It could be historic but is now completely overgrown-more of a virtual footpath.
