Factory, Old Laxey, Isle of Man

This fine factory stood (?stands) right on the harbour wall at Laxey. I am not aware what was (is) made there, but I was told that at one time briar pipes were made. It seems a large building to make something that is required only for a dying (?literally?) occupation.
