Danes Dyke (Flamborough) Beach Photo

Cliffs, Rocks and Sea South of Flamborough Head.

The grass covered chalk cliffs erode making a ribbon of white pebbles on the beach. The sandy beach gives way to a harder rock stratum which is revealed at low tide. This layer can be seen in many coastal views places north of here and all the way to Whitby.,
