Aber-West Beach

Aber-West Beach - Pembrokeshire

© Oliver Dixon and licensed for reuse under this Creative Commons Licence

Just to the east of the inlet at Solva and in the crook of the Dinas Fawr headland is Aber-West a secluded little sand and shingle beach. The beach here is set in a relatively sheltered cove with steep cliffs to either side and a gently sloping grassy hill to the rear.

Only really accessible from the Pembrokeshire coast path and a fair walk from Solva, or Newgale to the east, it is often deserted.
