Burma Star memorial, Paignton

This memorial was opposite Paignton library. It has been relocated in 2011 to a new garden in Cliff Road on Roundham Head. Members of the Burma Star Association http://www.burmastar.org.uk/index.htm (Torbay and district branch) held a special remembrance event at the new site to celebrate VJ Day on 15 August 2011.
