"Gorseous" profusion of blooms

The gorse on the dunes at Blairton links was so full of flowers that some leading stems had now more room for even one more blossom to squeeze through (see [[822740]]). Out of the breeze, the air was heavy with their coconut-butter scent. In this area, a pair of reed buntings was visible, the male perching on the tops of the highest gorse - and other - bushes.
