Millisle Lagoon Beach
Located on the doorstep of the seaside village of Millisle is a small sandy beach.
The beach forms a natural seawater lagoon which makes it ideal for swimming. There is also a large open air pool located next to the beach.
Along with a jetty, slipways and rockpools there is plenty of exploring to be done at Millisle Lagoon.
The beach backs onto a grassed area which has a few picnic tables. There is also a well equipped, modern, children’s play park in this area. Beyond here is the village which, along with the usual shops and cafes, is home to an amusement park.

Millisle Lagoon Beach Reviews
Great lagoon for new paddle boarders/kayaks

Jul 18th 2022The water is not too deep and the wall of lagoon protects people from being dragged out to sea. Dont know how clean the lagoon is inside but it is fed water from the sea and does not go away when the tide goes out. Have fun but still wear your life jacket for safety
