Tan Dinas Beach
Located on a relatively obscure section of the north east Anglesey coast is the pebble and sand beach of Tan Dinas. The main coastal footpath cuts inland as it passes Tan Dinas so the beach here is often missed.
The beach here is set below the workings of the old Tan Dinas quarry which operated until the 1950s. There are still a few reminders of the sites industrial past, but the loading jetty and narrow gauge railway are long gone.
