East Looe Beach Photo
Looe Beach in Late October
It has been a remarkably warm day for the time of year and there have been plenty of people on the beach, picking their way through piles of kelp washed up by storms earlier in the month. However it is now mid afternoon and already the sun is disappearing behind the steep cliffs of West Looe and putting the beach into the shade. Over on the horizon the cliffs around Portwrinkle and Whitsands Bay are shrouded in a bank of sea mist.
