Caer Bwdy is a sheltered little cove set at the end of a valley near the diminutive city of St Davids. The beach here mostly consists of pebbles, although at low tide an area of sand is exposed.

This National Trust owned bay has nothing in the way of facilities and is best accessed from neighbouring Caerfai Bay.
